The Black Sheep Agency creates tailor-made journeys across Southern & Eastern Africa for French speaking travelers seeking authentic and inspiring experiences.

We're looking for an
experienced Travel Consultant
to join our small and passionate team — someone confident in sales, fluent in French, and familiar with the expectations of the European French speaking market.

Your Role

  • Advise and inspire clients in designing their tailor-made trip across Southern Africa
  • Create detailed, personalized itineraries and quotes
  • Manage the full booking process: reservations, confirmations, and coordination with local partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to return
  • Keep product knowledge and destination insights up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent French speaker (native level)
  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant
    — experience in sales is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Southern & Eastern Africa
    and a genuine passion for the region
  • Excellent understanding of the
    European French speaking market
    (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, etc.)
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small, dynamic team
  • Confident using Google Workspace and CRM tools
