About the Role

  • As a Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end marketing and communication campaigns for one of our major German clients. You act as the key interface between the client, creation, strategy, media, production, and external partners. Your core responsibility is to manage projects efficiently, maintain clear communication, and ensure all deliverables are provided on time and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, print, OOH, film production, etc.)
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and monitor project plans, timelines, cost estimates, and budgets
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and alignment sessions
  • Continuously improve processes and support efficient team resource planning
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop impactful campaigns
  • Manage external partners such as production companies, photographers, and freelancers
  • Ensure smooth project workflows and proactively identify and manage risks

Your Profile

  • Experience in project or account management
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders at various levels
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
  • High attention to detail and ownership mentality
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential
  • Very good English skills
  • Experience with large clients or international accounts is a plus
