About Us

Stay With Us MPB Ltd is a rapidly expanding UK-based property management company specialising in Airbnb and serviced accommodation management. We partner with landlords and investors to maximise returns through short-term rental strategies, offering a full end-to-end service.

We're now looking for an experienced, results-driven Onboarding Manager to help grow our portfolio by converting new leads into management contracts.

Role Overview

As the Airbnb Management Onboarding Manager, you'll be responsible for converting inbound leads and generating new business through digital marketing channels — including SEO, social media, and targeted ads.

You'll be the key point of contact for new clients, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to onboarding and property activation. This role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through inbound enquiries, digital marketing, and outreach.
  • Confidently present Stay With Us MPB Ltd's Airbnb management services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct property assessments and advise owners on short-term rental potential.
  • Prepare and send proposals, follow up leads, and close management agreements.
  • Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise SEO, landing pages, and ad performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead-to-client conversions.
  • Provide consistent communication and a high level of professionalism throughout the client journey.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Airbnb or short-term rental management.
  • Strong background in sales, client onboarding, or business development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven track record in converting leads into paying clients.
  • Highly organised, accountable, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of SEO, targeted ads, and digital lead generation.
  • Confident working remotely and managing your own time effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Familiarity with property investment or serviced accommodation operations.
  • Understanding of pricing tools, revenue management, or OTA platforms.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: R18,000 – R35,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Commission: R1,000 – R3,000 per property successfully onboarded
  • Example: Onboarding 10 properties = up to R30,000 additional income per month
  • Expected Earnings: R40,000 – R70,000+ per month for strong performers
