We're seeking a Guest Communications Executive to join our growing remote team — someone friendly, organised, and dedicated to providing a 5-star guest experience.

Role Overview

The Guest Communications Executive will be responsible for managing all guest interactions across multiple booking platforms (Airbnb, , and direct bookings).

You'll ensure every guest receives clear communication before, during, and after their stay — resolving issues promptly and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires excellent written English, a calm and professional manner, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily guest messages via Airbnb, , WhatsApp, and email.
  • Handle check-in coordination, key handovers, and guest instructions.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries, booking questions, and support requests.
  • Resolve minor guest issues quickly and escalate complex matters when needed.
  • Communicate with cleaners and maintenance staff to resolve on-site issues.
  • Update guest information, bookings, and property notes in the management system.
  • Monitor reviews and ensure follow-up messages are sent post-stay.
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and consistent communication at all times.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or short-term rental guest support.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in different time zones (must be available during UK hours).
  • Confident using tools like Airbnb Host Portal, Extranet, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

Desirable:

  • Experience using property management software (e.g. Uplisting (preffered), Guesty, or Hostaway).
  • Customer service or hotel front-desk background.
  • Familiarity with UK locations and guest expectations.

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to 11,000 per month (based on experience and hours)
  • Bonuses: Available for exceptional performance and positive guest feedback
  • Schedule: Typically 5–6 days per week, including some weekends (flexible rota system)
