We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-driven
Sales Administrator
to join our startup team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited to
build processes from the ground up
, take ownership, and contribute directly to our growth journey.
About the role:
As our
Sales Administrator
, you won't just manage sales operations - you'll
create, improve, and scale
them. You will serve as the driving force behind our sales pipeline, documentation, lead research, and performance tracking.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your ideas and execution will shape how our sales function grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Grow Sales Operations
- Develop structured sales processes, templates, and workflows
- Create and manage proposals, quotations, contracts, and invoices
- Keep sales documentation, customer records, and pipelines organised and up to date
Lead Research & Pipeline Growth
- Conduct research to identify new leads, industries, and opportunities
- Build and maintain a growing pipeline of qualified prospects
- Source leads through LinkedIn, directories, online tools, and market research
- Support outreach initiatives with lead lists, segmentation, and insights
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with management, finance, and operations
- Prepare sales materials, client communication, and follow-ups
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all sales-related documents
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Administration, Lead Generation, or Sales Support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to create structure where none exists
- Excellent research, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or similar business software
- Creativity in solving problems and improving processes
