Commision Based Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team at Priority Guard Protection Unit, a leading provider of security solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities for our comprehensive range of security products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify and generate leads for security solutions.
- **Conduct Sales Presentations**: Meet with potential clients to understand their security needs and present our products and services in a compelling manner.
- **Customize Solutions**: Work closely with clients to customize security solutions tailored to their specific requirements, ensuring maximum effectiveness and satisfaction.
- **Prepare Proposals**: Develop detailed proposals outlining recommended security solutions, pricing, and terms of service for presentation to clients.
- **Negotiate Contracts**: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- **Close Sales**: Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by management.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in commission-based sales, preferably in the security industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of security products and services is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn and adapt is key.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
