Based in Centurion, we provide exceptional technical support and customer service. with our dedicated sales and support teams traveling across South Africa. "We take the search out of research" by finding the best solutions for our customers' needs. Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for a Company Representative based in Cape Town. Some work-from-home is acceptable. The Company Representative will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships. providing technical support. and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include managing customer accounts. conducing regular customer visits. delivering product presentations and providing training on product usage. Additionally, the role involves continual communication with customers to address their needs and concerns and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality. Must have a passion for science and working with people / sales personality and motivated to reach sales targets. We are small and we dont have a CRM and all the latest tools and systems so the person should be an independent worker with an entrepreneurial mindset. Qualifications:Excellent customer relationship management skillsStrong technical support and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsExperience in the biotechnology or healthcare industryAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyProficiency in using office applicationsBachelor's degree in Lite Sciences. Biotechnology, or a related fieldTravel regularly to customer sitesAl least 1 year experience in biotechnology salesBSC honoursLife science experience with food technology background Requirements:Bachelors degree (preferably in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field)Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicleProven experience in biotechnology research with a strong focus on MicrobiologySales experience, ideally within the biotech, chemical, or laboratory sectorWillingness and ability to travel within South Africa as required Office hours:8:00-17:00
