Duties & Responsibilities:Utilize Hubspot (CRM), cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunitiesConnect with potential customers through a variety of inputs (phone, chats, email). You''ll be talking to small business customers in a variety of industries, so every day will be different.Get stuck into the needs and problems a prospect faces in running their business and identify how we can help them.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.Work with the Sales team to provide the best customer experience and exposure to our products.Communicate with multiple departments to ensure feedback is communicated around initiatives, products, and campaigns.Track key information in our CRM for follow-up and analytics.Continue to work on their skills through continuous feedback from other team members and leaders. Requirements:Have 1-2 years experience in a sales role (SaaS experience a bonus) Experience with outbound sales callsLove to find ways to make technology understandable and relatable.Highly organized and have great attention to detail - Time management will be critical to your success.Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as you''ll be chatting with customers and trialists all day via phone, email, and WhatsApp.Thrive in a collaborative team environmentHave a creative streak and love finding new ways to connect with customers.
