About The Company:We globally source, import and supply the most trusted brands of composite decking and cladding products, timber decking and cladding materials, architectural screens as well as other outdoor lifestyle products. About The Role:We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representatives to facilitate and process orders submitted from existing company clients, assist walk-in clients, and provide the full sales experience to them. Additionally, to assist external sales representatives while they are on the road with stock enquiries, quoting, customer service etc. This position is focused on customer relations, ensuring quick and efficient quoting, invoicing, as well and any other function in executing and closing leads and enquiries. The ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills, who is experienced in solutions-based sales and is capable of working through technical challenges and employing pragmatic solutions. Main Responsibilities and Duties Quoting, Order Taking, Invoicing, facilitating orders through to delivery and providing feedbackFull customer experience from arrival, needs analysis, product exploration, closing sale and payment processing, liaising with operations for delivery/ collection arrangementBeing comfortable dealing with clients that cross a variety of demographics, e.g. from company directors, managers, general employees and even drivers and contractorsHandling of leads from different submission portalsObtaining courier / freight quotations based on weight and volume and confirming delivery charges with operations etc.Being self-motivated to achieve sales targets, GP parameters, and assisting the team meet monthly goals.Managing the sales function from start to finish, including all processes, communication, and documentationAssist with the development of marketing literature and strategy if neededOperating within an Online POS, Stock Control & CRM System Overtime may be necessary from time to timeAssisting with any other reasonable instruction Education and Experience Grade 12Drivers License and own vehicle2-3 Years experience in a similar positionProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & OutlookProven sales track recordPrior experience in the Decking, Flooring and Construction / Building Industries is an advantageProficiency in English and AfrikaansGood communication and negotiation skills, verbal and writtenAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsGood time management and planning skillsTeam player and willingness to learn and improve The company is a growing entity with a lot of opportunity for growth and expansion, as the company is a market leader in the outdoor decking and cladding industry.
