Summary
As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and managing front desk operations. Your core skills in Microsoft Office, data entry,and clerical tasks will support daily administrative functions. You will utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to handle multi-line phone systems and assistwith filing and customer inquiries. With additional experience in QuickBooks, you will contribute to a seamless and efficient office experience. Join us to be an integral part of our team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience
- Well spoken in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Must have good administration skills
- Good people skills, good customer service, and strong organisational skills
- Strong computer (typing) skills and experience with detailed report writing
- Matric with an admin diploma or additional education is an advantage
- Background in sales is an advatage
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite to prepare documents and manage schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service,addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Send invoice and quotations to clients
- Confirm bookings through the correct channels
- Send out work schedules and keep work log book up to date
- Support administrative tasks, including proofreading and bookkeeping, as required.
Pay: R75 000,00 - R89 000,00 per year
