We are looking for an energetic individual who wants to join our rapidly growing business. We have a mixed portfolio including, commercial, industrial, sectional title, health care and homeowners’ association. We are extremely passionate about property and in particular property management. We take great pride in what we do and manage each property as if it was our own.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years property management experience..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate skills with WeConnectU management software (preferred)
- Sectional title management experience
- Must have solid and positive references
- Clear health record
- Clear credit record
- No criminal record
- Driver’s license and own transport

Job Duties
- Attending trustee meetings and AGMs
- Assist with Budget preparation and budget variance management
- Facilitate the compilation, additions, and amendments to Conduct Rules and Management Rules, and lodging thereof with CSOS
- Maintain and uphold the administrative, financial, and secretarial requirements of the sectional title scheme/HOA
- The effective utilization of the internal company software systems, systems, and processes to properly perform the duties assigned to the position of PM.
- Manage daily telephonic enquiries emanating from clients, owners, trustees, caretakers, bondholders, agents and any other role-players from a relevant scheme;
- To have a high work ethic and be an example to more junior staff.
- The PM should be the primary contact for the Trustees / Directors and owners
- Obtain the necessary quotations and sending out of contractors as requested by the client
- Daily management of trust funds and investment funds
- Awareness of all transfer of units within the portfolio and management of same

Pay: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
