Accounting clerk DPM Property Services is a leading property management company situated in Cape Town. We manage a diverse portfolio that consists of Sectional title and Home-owners' association schemes, Industrial, commercial, retail, social housing properties and sales. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing of all EFT cover sheets for supplier and scheme Issuing of all purchase orders to contractors on relevant Property Accounting System (WeConnectU) Capturing supplier invoices daily Preparing invoicing run for monthly management fee billing and any ad - hoc charges Follow up and obtain supplier invoices for payment Liaise with relevant parties to get relevant sign off needed on EFT's and invoicing done Sending out all management fees for payment to the relevant schemes Respond to queries from contractors Capturing receipts on Property Accounting System Update Control sheet in order to bill tenants Update the relevant Project Management tool with new applications Request COCT municipal accounts and file on relevant filing system Maintain worksheet for intercompany invoices received monthly for payment Manage and collect outstanding management fees not paid & calculate interest where relevant Send all POP's to relevant suppliers Provide assistance with audits and supporting documentation Manage and order Stationery and Consumables for the relevant schemes Requesting quotes from various suppliers for Portfolio Managers Assist receptionist periodically Assisting team members with any ad-hoc duties Full function of Trust Account (Recon, PPRA Audit & EFT Prep to relevant schemes) Full Function of Anchorage (Receipting, real pay split & import file) CSOS Calculations, EFT cover sheet prep and Annual Return Filing Archiving (clean out the files after audits are complete) BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE Grade 12 Qualification Computer Literate CHARACTERISTICS Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team and be Proactive Deadline Orientated Good Communication Skills (Well-spoken and Articulate) Honest and Reliable Individual Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Exercise Extreme DiscretionCustomer Service Orientated APPLICATION PROCESS Salary: R180 000 – R Annually (depending on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
