**Reports to**: Technical Manager
**Location**: Stikland, Bellville
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 & every 2nd Saturday, 09:00-12:00
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Summary**:
Join our team as an After Sales Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our after-sales department. You'll be responsible for coordinating technical workshop activities, managing administrative tasks, and fostering exceptional communication between clients and technicians.
**Responsibilities**:
**General**:
- Coordinate technical department and after-sales functions.
- Ensure efficient management of departmental administration, including timely reporting and record-keeping.
- Maintain records and generate reports on work completed, trends, and spare parts inventory.
**Administration**:
- Manage all administrative aspects related to repair work, from inception to completion.
- Prepare repair quotes, issue invoices, and oversee job card maintenance.
**Client Services and Administration**:
- Assist clients with workshop visits, booking equipment, and addressing queries or product needs.
- Manage client expectations regarding repair turnaround time and ensure timely query resolution.
- Facilitate communication and support between clients and technicians via various channels.
**Operations**:
- Organize call-outs for on-site repairs and services.
- Coordinate with agents and third parties for repair and service arrangements.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and quality by agents and third-party providers.
- Procure and manage spare parts, tools, and workshop consumables.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding technical queries and spare parts.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience with catering equipment.
- Valid South African driver's license.
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
- Experience in catering equipment sales position is advantageous.
