External Sales Representative

We are an expanding wholesale company in the hygiene industry looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and great customer service to join our dynamic team in order to source and grow new & existing customers.

**Primary Responsibilities**;
- Source and Call on prospective new customers.
- Visit new and existing customers to evaluate and meet customer needs, promote products, and secure sales.
- Maintain and grow new and existing customers.
- Provide sales presentations and/or training to new and existing customers as and when needed.
- Provide complete solutions for customers to achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit quotations to secure customer sales orders.
- Plan and work towards meeting / exceeding sales targets as set out by the sales manager.
- Prepare and submit weekly / monthly/quarterly activity and results reports including daily call sheets, weekly/monthly work plans
- Coordinate sales efforts with various departments within the company.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and offering solutions.

**Requirements**;
- **MUST HAVE** min 2 years of sales experience in the Hygiene and/or Cleaning Industry
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Negotiation skills
- Prospecting skills
- Meeting sales targets

**Salary**: From R13,100.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stikland, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- hygiene and/or cleaning industry: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
