Sales Consultant

Aluvent is looking to employ an experienced and energetic sales representative to join their sales team

**To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- In-depth understanding of the glass and aluminium industry and products with 5 years+ proven industry experience
- Excellent technical skills
- Understanding of and ability to meet sales targets

- Strong planning ability
- Demonstrable ability to live the vision of the company and positively add to company culture

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with various clients including architects, QS’s, Contractors and home-owners to provide good quality solutions to their glass, aluminium and steel needs
- Achieve personal sales target set by company
- Understand and be responsible for correct costing
- Grow company client base
- Be responsible for own sales strategy within the framework of company strategy
- Report on sales performance

**Position Requirements**:

- Position related qualification would be advantageous
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the aluminium and glass industry
- Demonstrable technical ability with a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to read and understand building plans
- Target driven
- Own reliable transport and cell phone

After 3-month probation period:

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (required)
