Inovision Distributors is looking to employ an experienced and energetic Product Specialist to join their sales team in CAPE TOWN.

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Ability to form meaningful relationships with Clients
- Strong selling skills
- In-depth understanding of the glass and aluminium industry and products with 3 years+ proven industry experience
- Excellent technical skills
- Understanding of and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Strong ability to be organized and structured
- Strong planning ability
- Demonstrate ability to live the vision of the company and positively add to company culture Responsibilities:

- Meet with various Clients, including Architects, to provide good quality solutions to their glass and aluminium needs
- Achieve personal sales target set by company
- Understand and be responsible for correct costing
- Grow company Client base
- Be responsible for own sales strategy within the framework of company the strategy
- Report on sales performance

Position Requirements:

- Position related qualification would be advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the aluminium and glass industry
- Demonstrable technical ability with a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to read and understand building plans
- Target driven
- Own reliable transport and cell phone
- A valid driver’s licence
- A clear criminal record
- Contactable references

What we offer:

- Basic salary
- Commission based on sales
- Fuel and cell phone allowance
- After 3-month probation period
- 50% company contribution to pension & 50% company contribution to medical scheme
