Junior Retainer Sales Agent

If you know how to delight customers and keep them coming back, we want you to join us. As our Junior Retainer Sales Agent, you’re main goal is to get current & new clients for the company on retainer basis and create a longstanding relationship with them.

You’ll use this knowledge, together with a bright, positive attitude, and your wide range of customer management skills to support them, every day.

**Job Duties**:

- Demonstrates Occupational health and safety training knowledge
- Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
- Close retainer sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
- Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
- Meet or exceed monthly retainer sale goals
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Understands how to push given retainer to consumers based on environment and current trends
- Minimum 1 year or more Sales Experience in outbound & retainer service related products.
- Experience within the Health and Safety Industry
- A proven track record in sales
