Learning and Development Co-ordinator

**Contract**:Fixed 6-month contract
**Salary**:R200 - R300 per hour
**Hours**:7.5hours daily, Monday to Friday.
**Hybrid role, **office is in Parktown
**AA/EE Requirements**:None
**Essential criteria for consideration**
2-3 years’ experience in learning & development from **Financial Services/Banking sector** and co-ordinating learning interventions for **mid-senior level employees**
Must come from Financial Services industry co-ordinating learning interventions for mid-senior level employees who operate in the Financial Services OR Banking industry
Min qualification requirements Matric but Diploma or Degree highly preferable
Must be available immediately
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Managing a waitlist for programmes
- E-mailing this waitlist once programme dates are available.
- Taking in new registrations ±150 delegates
- Engaging with Finance to issue pro-forma invoices for all students.
- Reconciling payments with Finance so access can be granted to delegates once payment has been confirmed.
- Granting access to the LMS for paid up delegates.
- Setting up MS Teams sessions for Faculty
- Monitoring technical queries and addressing it with LearnTech
- Monitoring queries for faculty and sending it to them.
- Helping delegates upload assignments.
- Confirm delegate’s results, issue results letters and graduation certificates.
- Plan and execute orientation launch and graduations.
- Source and book venues for the programmes
- Arrange catering, printing, and all other logistics for in-person programmes.
