The position is based in Johannesburg - Central

As a Front Desk Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Front Desk Co-ordinator’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and clients and who visit the business. As Front-Desk Co-ordinator your duties will include certain administrative duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

To be successful as a Front desk Co-ordinator, you should have a pleasant, friendly personality and always portray professionalism, since this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Ultimately, a Front desk Co-ordinator’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests and clients positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Assist your Branch Manager, by showing potential clients around to view our Storage facility and Workspace office space and boardrooms.

**Requirements and basic skills**:

- Bilingual in both English and Afrikaans
- Time management
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service (spending most of the time with a variety of clients).
- Multitasking and prioritizing
- Familiar with Microsoft office / Computer literacy / SpaceMan / Credit card facility
- Problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Projecting the image of the Company (Essential well-groomed individual with applicable sense of dress code and self-presentation)
- Ability to build business relationship with customers.

**Job related duties and functions**:

- Assist the branch manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Branch, including admin, sales, marketing, customer service, and facility maintenance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Help manage employee to ensure that the site maintained with all the necessary health and safety checks.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including cash handling, invoicing, and billing.
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure they are accounted for and properly maintained.
- Help develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls and taking messages in accordance with office policies.
- Ensure that the reception area, parking area, kitchens, building, and ablutions are 100% neat.
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings and book boardrooms.
- Always keeping your reception desk neat and tidy. No eating at reception desk.
- Over-locking units, checking and distributing over-locking lists to site staff and HO.
- Assist with packaging requirements, removal companies and general logistics.
- Receiving bank statements from HO and capturing them on clients’ accounts on Space Manager.
- Making comprehensive notes on any client interactions on Space Manager.
