While a strong brand is already in place, this dynamic business is seeking an energetic Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their Johannesburg based team and shape their operations even further by creating brand awareness across all marketing platforms.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Internal staff marketing
- External public marketing
- Property specific marketing
- Co-ordination of customer care

This role will include assisting the leasing and development departments by ensuring they have relevant marketing related materials available for all properties. They are looking for a creative individual who is able keep up with the latest marketing trends. Assist with preparing marketing budgets.

Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you will need to be a confident communicator who has the following:

- Tertiary diploma/degree in Marketing
- A minimum of 3 years’ Marketing experience within the real estate industry
- Good experience with design programs including Adobe Photoshop, illustrator or similar and content writing
- Computer literacy of MS Office, Excel essential
