**Description of the Role**:
Will work on a national brand in the exciting world of hospitality.

Supports the marketing team by developing, implementing and coordinating projects across the group. Deals directly with the Marketing Director, Head of Digital Marketing, hotel General Managers, Sales Managers/Co-ordinators and Director of Sales and external agencies for brand, PR and digital.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Mid-weight marketer with 6 years+ work experience in the Marketing/Brand/Agency fields. Hospitality/Tourism experience is advantageous, but not essential. Marketing experience is essential.
- Matric with relevant marketing qualification, along with the desired years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases)
- Attention to detail is essential
- Administrative duties
- Multi-tasking and project managing several jobs at once
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work in fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Own transport and own vehicle essential
- Occasional local travel required

**DUTIES**:

- Co-ordination between departments, Sales Managers/Support + Design studio and hotels
- Evaluating and responding to marketing proposals against marketing strategy
- Traffic management of Design studio and formulating great briefs
- Concept and Roll out of various hotel activations eg: brand specific events; F&B activations
- Concept and Implementation of Sales Toolkits. eg: Activations and promotions, e-flyers, and other workshop materials
- Researching PR angles - working alongside PR agency
- Co-ordination of all printed collateral across the group
- Ownership of Adhoc Projects: New uniform roll out; signage; Menus (x2 year);
- Co-ordination between our external partnerships and promoting our sponsorships in accordance with contracts
- Supporting PR efforts: co-ordinating review stays between GM’s and PR agency
- Admin duties: capturing invoices; PO’s, tracking budgets, travel arrangements
