HR and Payroll Administrator

Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in HR, Accounting or a related field
- 5+ years experience in Payroll and HR administration
- Experience working on SAGE HR and Payroll software
- Valid license and own transport
- Residing close to Midrand
Duties included but not limited to:
- Oversee and direct payroll procedures and processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations
- Process payroll account transactions
- Liaise with auditors for payroll tax audits
- Recognizing importance of accuracy to consistently maintain attention to detail in all aspects of HR and Payroll administration
- Manage employee behaviour, and KPA Implementation
- Disciplinary and CCMA
- Ensure all Statutory submissions COIDA, ROE, FEM, EMP, EEA, SETA
Salary: R20 000 R25 000 Negotiable depending on experience
