A reputable property company in Midrand is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. This position is immediately available.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and human resources administration, with experience working in the property rental environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Processing payroll transactions and liaising with auditors for tax audits
- Maintaining accurate records and submitting statutory reports as required
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting employees through various HR-related processes
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A valid driver's license and own transport are also required.
