Payroll Administrator

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and administration. Your primary duties will include:
- Processing payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Generating payroll reports and providing insights to management.
- Addressing employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll.
- Collaborating with the HR department to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Keeping abreast of changes in payroll regulations and implementing necessary updates.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Hospitality experience is preffered.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
