This position combines sales, consulting, and strategic talent acquisition, making it perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and attract digital and tech talent through online channels, social media, and other networking activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates, ensuring a diverse pool for each client need.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to advise clients and candidates on relevant job market insights.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
