Initiate International is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to drive our customer engagement strategies and ensure players stay engaged, satisfied, and loyal to our brand.
Role Overview:As our CRM Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that inspire loyalty and excitement among our players. You will leverage your deep understanding of data and personalization to create tailored experiences that bring players back to our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies to enhance player retention, engagement, and reactivation across various channels.
- Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from segmentation and messaging to performance tracking and optimization.
- Craft personalized customer journeys using behavioral data and insights to create tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and data to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics like player lifetime value (LTV), churn, and reactivation rates.
- Manage loyalty programs, VIP initiatives, and promotional campaigns to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including responsible gaming protocols.
- Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce, Optimove, or similar tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay on top of industry trends, CRM technologies, and best practices in player engagement.
- 3-5 years of CRM experience in sports betting or online gaming.
- Expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and campaign automation tools.
- Proven success in boosting customer engagement and retention metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
