Key Responsibilities

As a CRM & Marketing Specialist at Telebest, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions to drive business growth. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage with customers and enhance customer loyalty
  • Monitoring data quality, segmenting, and marketing activities to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborating with the corporate CRM team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintaining and growing the Loyalty Club by executing acquisition strategies, remarketing strategies, and implementing an Always On maintenance strategy
  • Providing exceptional customer service by attending to club requests, complaints, and queries, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Planning and implementing CRM campaigns and communication initiatives to drive business results
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Drafting and disseminating relevant corporate and guest communication to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Implementing and maintaining a robust communication process to track all interactions and ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sound knowledge of loyalty programmes and direct marketing principles
  • Experience in database management and mining, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Strong technical skills in CRM campaign dissemination tools, such as SAS or Marketo, and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

A Marketing Diploma and 8+ years of experience in CRM, with a specialization in marketing, would be highly desirable.
