Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between R450,000 and R650,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Strategic CRM Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing various business unit campaigns, providing behaviorally primed potential audiences, and regularly providing insight-led campaign reports. You will also be expected to manage a hardworking CRM team, proactively provide opportunities for experimentation with audiences, and manage the alignment of campaigns to relevant audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a commercial field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in consumer behavior analytics. You should have strong quantitative and analytical skills, experience collaborating with external agencies, and a working knowledge of CRM data systems. Experience in customer acquisition tactics and e-commerce is also highly desirable.
