CRM and Marketing Expert

At Telebest, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor data quality, segmenting, marketing activities, and assessment to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Communicate with corporate CRM regarding activities, planning, updating, and coordinating to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain the Loyalty Club by executing acquisition strategies to grow the base, remarketing strategies to activate the base, and implementing an Always On maintenance strategy.
- Attend to club requests, complaints, and queries and monitor resolution within agreed timelines.
- Plan and implement CRM campaigns and communication initiatives to engage customers and drive loyalty.
- Track performance of CRM campaigns and draw up performance reports to inform future marketing strategies.
- Draft all relevant corporate and guest communication to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Implement a communications process to keep track of all communication and ensure timely follow-up.
- Sound knowledge of Loyalty Programmes and principles of Direct Marketing.
- Database management and mining skills to execute accurate reporting on database.
- Desirable: Marketing Diploma, 8 years plus Marketing experience in CRM (as a specialisation).
- Technical Skills: SAS or any CRM Campaign Dissemination Tool, Contact Lab, Touchbase Pro, Strong Excel Skills & Data Mining & Analysis.
- Computer literacy including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate and liaise with internal and external customers.
