Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Telebest team, the CRM & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions to drive business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loyalty programs, direct marketing principles, and database management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
  • Monitor and analyze data quality, segmentation, and marketing activities to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with corporate CRM teams to ensure seamless execution and coordination of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and grow the loyalty club by executing acquisition strategies, remarketing strategies, and implementing an Always On maintenance strategy
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to club requests, complaints, and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and implement CRM campaigns and communication initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, drawing up comprehensive reports to inform future marketing strategies
  • Draft and disseminate relevant corporate and guest communications to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Implement and maintain a robust communication process to track and manage all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Essential: Sound knowledge of loyalty programs, direct marketing principles, and database management
  • Desirable: Marketing diploma, 8+ years of marketing experience in CRM, with a specialization in customer engagement and loyalty
