About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have a drive to continuously learn a broad spectrum of skills while working to develop their career. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chairman on a variety of business projects and ventures while offering back-up to ensure smooth operating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chairman with daily operations and provide back-up support in various projects and ventures.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with the Chairman to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide support with business development, marketing, and sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.
  • Drivers license and versed in driving automatic and manual cars.
  • Skilled in administration programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for learning and development.
