Executive Administrative Assistant

Career Custodians is a dynamic company that values exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to the Chairman to assist in ensuring smooth daily operations and to offer back-up in various projects and ventures managed from the Chairman's Office.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have a drive to continuously learn a broad spectrum of skills while working to develop their career. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chairman on a variety of business projects and ventures while offering back-up to ensure smooth operating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chairman with daily operations and provide back-up support in various projects and ventures.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Develop and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the Chairman to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support with business development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent.
- Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.
- Drivers license and versed in driving automatic and manual cars.
- Skilled in administration programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for learning and development.
