We're looking for a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Chairman in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing backup for various projects and ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with various projects and ventures, including research, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the Chairman's office is well-organized and efficient, including managing paperwork, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
  • Drivers license and ability to drive automatic and manual cars
  • Skilled in administration programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine passion for learning and development
