Executive Support Specialist

Village N Life is a leading local Tourism and Hospitality group that sets the standard for exceptional service and employee development. We're looking for a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Chairman in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing backup for various projects and ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing documents.
- Assist with various projects and ventures, including research, data analysis, and report writing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ensure the Chairman's office is well-organized and efficient, including managing paperwork, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Drivers license and ability to drive automatic and manual cars
- Skilled in administration programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine passion for learning and development
