About the Role

We seek an experienced Area Manager to lead our sales operations in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing business reviews with distributors, evaluating and appraising their performance, and maintaining a solid relationship with senior teams. You will also act as liaison between distributors, customer services, and product specialists to ensure smooth order execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in channel management, with a proven track record of delivering results and developing initiatives. They should be able to travel extensively within the region and have a strong organization skills. Fluency in English is a must.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting business reviews with distributors and evaluating their performance;
  • Maintaining a solid relationship with senior teams of distributors;
  • Acting as liaison between distributors, customer services, and product specialists;
  • Establishing relationships with key opinion leaders across portfolios;
  • Implementing sales plans to achieve sales objectives;
  • Ensuring sales targets are met through planning, forecasting, and monitoring;
  • Ensuring business operations are compliant with the GG Code of Conduct;
  • Identifying and communicating service issues, driving customer satisfaction;
  • Direct responsibility for accounts receivables;
  • Developing initiatives for market growth and new potentials;
  • Engaging distributors in clinical marketing activities;
  • Aligning product global roadmap with local geographies;
  • Ensuring product plans are aligned with strategy;
  • Developing and executing country action plans;
  • Ensuring pricelist meets market needs;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in channel management;
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the region;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the healthcare/MedTech industry sales area;
  • Familiarity with unique market challenges;
  • Experience managing large sales projects;
  • Knowledge and experience in public tender procedures;
  • Proven track record of delivering results;
  • Proven track record of developing initiatives;
  • Strong organization skills;
  • High level of integrity;
  • Fluent English;

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
