Job Description

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at The Building Company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
