Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Bureau Liaison and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Qetello Holdings. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors and medical practices to promote and sell our medical bureau services and COID assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Outreach: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients (doctors and medical practices).
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Consultation Services: Advise clients on exempted funding options and COID processes to help them navigate complex funding and compliance issues.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales data.
  • Client Training: Provide initial training and onboarding for clients on our services and COID-related processes.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and report client feedback to improve service offerings and adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector. Experience with Compensation for Occupational Injuries And Diseases processes is an advantage.

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Complex Process Explanation: Ability to explain complex processes in an understandable way.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Persuasive Abilities: Ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
