Medical Bureau Relationship Manager

The role of a Medical Bureau Relationship Manager is to establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors and medical practices. The primary objective is to promote and sell medical bureau services and COID assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients (doctors and medical practices).
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients to promote excellent client support and satisfaction.
- Consultation Services: Provide expert advice on exempted funding options and COID processes to help clients navigate complex funding and compliance issues.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of the company's services.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales data.
- Client Training: Provide initial training and onboarding for clients on the company's services and COID-related processes.
- Feedback Management: Collect and report client feedback to improve service offerings and adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector. Experience with Compensation for Occupational Injuries And Diseases processes is an advantage.

- Complex Process Explanation: Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to secure business deals.
- Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- CRM and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
