Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Professional - Erasmuskloof

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Professional to join our team at our Erasmuskloof location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients and grow our business.

About the Role

The Marketing and Business Development Professional will play a key role in promoting our services and growing our patient base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients;
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, medical funders, and other relevant companies;
  • Owning respective hospital's marketing strategies;
  • Recruiting new doctors and maintaining current doctor relationships;
  • Marketing of doctors to establish referring relationships between doctors;
  • Coordinating CPD programs for doctors;
  • Maintaining doctor databases;
  • Targeted media marketing messages and campaigns;
  • Managing corporate social community projects;
  • Planning and execution of marketing collateral;
  • General marketing activities to promote hospitals and company to the public, community, doctors, and medical funders;

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of client relationships and liaison. They will also have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as the ability to handle pressure and maintain good working relationships with other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 and Marketing related qualification;
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in marketing or similar roles at a medium to large organization;
  • Good track record of client relationships or liaison;
  • Familiarity with technology used to assess performance;
  • Experience in online marketing and advertising;
  • Influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Detail-oriented and organizing skill;
  • High energy levels;
  • Ability to handle pressure and to maintain good working relationship with other stakeholders;
