Head of Customer Loyalty

We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Loyalty to lead our customer engagement and retention efforts. This role will be responsible for developing a clear strategy and approach to customer loyalty, improving the accuracy of first-party marketing data, growing customer usage, and optimizing revenue streams through targeted marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through CRM initiatives. A minimum of 3+ years in a senior leadership role is required, along with solid people leadership skills, technical knowledge of CRM platforms, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive customer loyalty strategy aligned with overall business goals
- Improve the accuracy of first-party marketing data by building a robust CRM and marketing automation model
- Grow customer usage through targeted marketing initiatives
- Optimize revenue streams through effective use of customer data
