Customer Service Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Centre Agent at Telebest.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer interactions across various channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Remain knowledgeable of performance requirements, brands, products, programmes, and process documentation to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure necessary systems are updated accordingly to maintain efficient service delivery.
- Provide valid, complete, and accurate information to customers, adhering to established standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements, guaranteeing seamless customer experiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience, driving growth and loyalty for Telebest.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Centre Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification – essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Customer Service role with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer support – essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with expertise in applicable tools to execute key functions – essential
- Technical proficiency and understanding of products and services offered by Telebest
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
