Job DescriptionCoastal Sales Manager

A global pharmaceutical company seeks a skilled Coastal Sales Manager to drive sustainable growth and profitability of product portfolios and therapeutic categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales force to achieve brand aspirations and drive adoption of promotional strategies.
  • Develop and execute Territory Sales Plans in collaboration with Divisional Heads and other Business Functions.
  • Analyze markets, gather insights, and develop strategic intent to drive business growth.
  • Implement and monitor the success of developed strategies, ensuring adaptability to a dynamic environment.
  • Propose regional sales targets and partner with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans.
  • Sources insights and intelligence to advise marketing functions on effective strategy alignment.
  • Partners with Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, Key Accounts, Training, and Regulatory departments to optimize brand performance.
  • Collaborates with other teams on joint projects and identifies business opportunities for growth.
  • Ensures compliance with external and internal rules, regulations, and ethics governing marketing and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or (bio) medical sciences is advantageous.
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Sales Manager is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a background in Pharmaceutical Sales and Representation.
  • Excellent communication and financial skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Detailed track record of successful sales initiatives and experience with digital literacy (MS Office programs).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Documented success in maintaining market leadership positions in sales or marketing roles.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand/sales management with Neuropsychiatry experience is beneficial.
