Global Sales Director for Pharmaceutical Products

A career-defining opportunity has arisen with a global pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Coastal Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of their product portfolios and therapeutic categories in a sustainable and profitable manner.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving motivation within the sales force, developing strategic plans with key stakeholders, and implementing marketing functions to achieve brand market shares.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand presence.
- Collaborate with divisional heads and business functions to develop territory sales plans.
- Conduct market analysis and gather insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement and monitor the success of marketing strategies, ensuring flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Set regional sales targets and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Sources insights and intelligence to advise marketing on effective strategy alignment.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, Key Accounts, Training, and Regulatory departments to optimize brand performance.
- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases with the marketing function.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or (bio) medical sciences advantageous.
- Experience as a Product Manager or Sales Manager is beneficial.
- Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, including pharmaceutical sales representation.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written communication.
- Financial and budgeting skills and experience.
- Detailed track record of successful sales initiatives is advantageous.
While not essential, preferred candidates will have:
- Proven experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position in a sales or marketing role.
- 2-3 years' experience in brand/sales management with Neuropsychiatry experience would be beneficial.

- Strong communication skills in English with ability to efficiently communicate orally and in writing.
- Strong industry knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Displays strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasks effectively.
- Takes initiative and acts proactively, enthusiastically, and creatively.
- Examines and understands issues from multiple perspectives or points of view.
- Communicates effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
