Senior Clerk Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compilation and drafting of Annual Financial Statements in Draftworx.
  • Assisting in Audits and analysis of Financial Statements.
  • Providing administrative support and assisting Junior Clerks with queries.
  • Meeting with current and potential clients to discuss financial matters.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience as an accountant.
  • Tertiary degree required, Honours degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Experience with Sage and Xero software is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Draftworx is advantageous.
  • Audit experience is a significant advantage.
  • Completion of professional articles is beneficial.
