About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Frogg Recruitment SA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive's diary and all arrangements.
- Coordinate functions, events, conferences, and boardroom bookings.
- Assist with compiling tender documents.
- Ensure petty cash management aligns with company policy and procedures.
- Deal with customer complaints and queries, escalating and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-end environment.
- Matric and a business-related diploma or degree.
- Advanced software competence, including Excel, Microsoft Suite packages, and PowerPoint.
- High typing speed and minutes-taking experience.
- Ability to coordinate all aspects of business operations, including marketing, sales, distribution, and customer service.
