Candidate Selection Coordinator
O'Brien Recruitment seeks a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the Compliance Department at our Federal Head Office in Cape Town. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Candidate Selection and Public Representative Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate selection processes, including liaising with software developers, service providers, support contractors, and structures at provincial and regional levels.
- Monitor, test, and report on systems.
- Manage verification processes and handle helpdesk requests.
- Request and circulate information regarding the candidate selection process.
- Record meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior administrative role.
- Relevant project management experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to process and understand complex regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Systematic and detail-oriented with a commitment to outcomes.
