Position Overview:
The Recruitment Administration Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment team with various administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in recruitment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formatting and organizing CVs in line with company standards.
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including candidate information management and scheduling.
- Assisting in posting job advertisements and handling responses across platforms.
- Maintaining the recruitment database, ensuring candidate information is up to date.
- Coordinating candidate interviews and supporting the onboarding process.
- Developing skills in candidate engagement under the guidance of the senior recruiter.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in document formatting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work full-time in-office at our Cape Town location.
