Position Overview:

The Recruitment Administration Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment team with various administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in recruitment, with opportunities for growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formatting and organizing CVs in line with company standards.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including candidate information management and scheduling.
  • Assisting in posting job advertisements and handling responses across platforms.
  • Maintaining the recruitment database, ensuring candidate information is up to date.
  • Coordinating candidate interviews and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Developing skills in candidate engagement under the guidance of the senior recruiter.

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in document formatting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work full-time in-office at our Cape Town location.
