Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at M3 Human Capital Management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including general office management and administration.
- Assist with audit administration, including SIZA and GlobalGap.
- Contribute to due diligence administration and financial administration, including wages and leave administration.
- Filing and record keeping of all documents.
- Purchasing office and production supplies.
- Receiving, controlling, and coordinating deliveries.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in the table grape industry.
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Excel.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Own reliable transport.
