Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Associate Management: Recruit, manage, and develop a team of associates to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Risk Management: Implement and maintain processes to mitigate legal and financial risks, ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record in business development, client management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and internal administration processes, with a focus on quality service delivery.
  • Self-motivation and a high level of energy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of BCOE, WCA/IOD, Health & Safety, Benefits, and Bargaining Councils.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical aid, retirement funding, and performance-based bonuses.

Main Activities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Associate Management: Recruit, manage, and develop a team of associates to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Risk Management: Implement and maintain processes to mitigate legal and financial risks, ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on client engagement, associate performance, and business development progress.
  • Teamwork: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across different departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality service delivery.
