As a Claims and Dispute Resolution Specialist at CFS Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing third-party claims, investigating disputes, and providing advice to senior managers on litigation matters.

About the Role:

  • Manage and resolve complex third-party claims, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Investigate and analyze disputed claims, identifying potential areas of contention and developing strategies to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal teams, underwriters, and adjusters, to ensure seamless claim processing and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law firms and brokers, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in claims handling and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and present reports on claims and dispute resolution activities, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (LLB or equivalent).
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in claims handling, dispute resolution, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
