Job Profile:

The Recruitment Council seeks a seasoned Dispute Resolution Expert for Long-term Insurance to lead our complaint management efforts. This senior role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Complaint Analysis and Resolution
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of complex long-term insurance complaints, ensuring compliance and effective handling of issues.
Process Development and Optimization
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and external parties, to ensure timely and satisfactory responses to complaints.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Assess and mitigate potential reputational or financial risks associated with service gaps or non-compliance.
Regulatory Knowledge and Best Practices
  • Stay informed about changes in insurance legislation and industry standards, maintaining expertise through ongoing education and training.
Team Leadership and Knowledge Sharing
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members, promoting best practices and regulatory awareness.
Client Satisfaction and Reporting
  • Ensure that clients receive timely updates and responses regarding their complaints, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Salary: $125,000 per year
