Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and manage all digital acquisition activities, including performance marketing campaigns, social media, and overall digital marketing activities.
- Manage Performance Marketing Campaigns: Direct our media agency and specialist teams using ads platforms, including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
- Work with Vendors and Stakeholders: Manage communication with multiple vendors, media agencies, dev teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve acquisition objectives.
- Measure and Report Performance: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify Trends and Insights: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Fraud Monitoring: Do campaign acquisition fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers.
- A/B Testing: Plan and create A-B test campaigns with the media agency to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
- Channel Development: Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.
- Digital Marketing Strategies: Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Co-ordinate group digital marketing reporting and lead the social strategy, performance marketing agenda, and digital marketing implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Well-versed in technical back-end processes, tooling, structures, and management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
- Experience: Proven working experience in digital marketing (min 5 years), and extensive experience in managing digital marketing at technology companies (such as e-commerce, FinTech, Banking, etc).
- Digital Media Agency Experience: Essential.
- Strategy and Planning: Proficient in strategy with regards to digital ads platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Ad Network Management: Have experience in planning and managing ad networks for acquisition campaigns.
- Organic Acquisition: Have a basic understanding of organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Platform Integration: Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (Google, Meta, Adjust, Looker studio, etc) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.
- Creative Thinking: Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
- Mobile Attribution Tools: Have a good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Firebase, Facebook SDK and Adjust).
- Fraud Monitoring: Understand the basics of mobile app install fraud methods and its monitoring tool.
- Google Analytics 4: Have a good understanding of Google Analytics 4.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Reporting: Being able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Looker Studio.
- Programmatic Ad Buying: Experience in handling programmatic ad buying would be a plus.
